Pratt & Whitney

I was a design intern in the compression systems, advanced engines program in the summer of 2019. I worked both at Pratt and at the United Technologies Research Center to design parts that could be additively manufactured, with the goal of creating parts that could be used in production engines. I designed, printed, and tested these parts over the course of the summer, and one of my designs will be submitted for patent review.
